ABOUT Real Estate Knowledgebase

There is an abundance of Real Estate information available on the internet, why create another source?  I have spent too many hours working with home buyers and seller and have learned that there are many questions that either are unanswered or the answers confuse the consumer. 

You can learn more about me below, but I would like to say that as a consumer I don’t like to be sold to.  So as a sales person my style is more consultive, I really enjoy educating the consumer so that they can make their own informed decisions.  The result has been that my past clients are so pleased with my service that they refer their family, friends and coworkers to me.  My referral business accounts for roughly 63% of my business.

This blog, Real Estate Knowledgebase, will be dedicated to answering the questions that I hear from consumers that I am working with.  I am starting off with posts on Short Sales and Mortgages and plan to cover subjects such as Foreclosures, REO, Bank Owned Properties, Staging, Preparing a home for sale, buying you first home, property taxes, and home improvements.  I’m sure as time goes on I will cover just about any topic that touches upon residential real estate.

ABOUT Gordon

Before starting a career as a Realtor in 2004, Gordon spent 20 years in the highly technical and quality driven Medical Device industry.  During his manufacturing career he held positions as Manufacturing Engineer, Tooling Engineer, Project Manager, Quality Systems Manager and National Account Manager. 

Gordon’s technical background, attention to detail and negotiation skills are the perfect foundation for his success in the Real Estate industry.  Community involvement includes being a Board Member on the Canton Township Tax Board of Review.  Gordon also holds three professional designations; ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource).
